Frequently asked questions

Is there any cost to me?

No. Airwavz covers the full cost of this benefit for every employee. Enrollment is voluntary, and there is no charge to use any of the included services.

What if I don't need this right now?

Sign up anyway. Creating your account now means the program is ready when a caregiving situation surfaces — whether that’s next month or three years from now. There’s no downside to enrolling early.

Can I use this for a parent who lives in another state?

Yes. The Gentle Care Navigator nurse team helps coordinate care regardless of where your loved one lives, and can help you find local resources in their area.

Who sees my activity?

Only your Gentle Care Navigator team. Airwavz receives aggregate participation reports — how many employees are enrolled, how many consultations happen overall — but never who is using it or what any individual employee is working on.

What if my manager asks whether I've signed up?

Your manager will not be asking about your usage — they’ve been trained not to. If a question comes up, you’re not obligated to share whether you’ve enrolled or what you use it for.

Can family members access the program?

The nurse consultations are for you, but they support you in caring for your family member. You’re welcome to have your spouse, sibling, or other family caregivers on the call with you when helpful.
